Harvesting Strength “BLOCK TRAINING”

Harvesting Strength “BLOCK TRAINING” is an option for people who are looking to have all the benefits of coaching and programming but on a “friendlier” budget. With this kind of program, clients will meet with owner Joseph Lucero and set up 4 weeks of training to be done at their leisure but also do weekly check-ins on form and accountability. This program offers the following:

-4 Weeks of Programming built for the client upfront

-Weekly check in via “loom” and “zoom” that pertains to movement feedback and program accountability

-A much more friendlier option of payment and affordability

Harvesting Strength “PREMIER” Training

Harvesting Strength “PREMIER” is a type of training that offers weekly programming and coaching to improve the clients results for performance success! Whether you are an active strongman or a retired powerlifter still wanting to have the body of Zeus, this program works to build customized programming to meet your needs on a weekly basis! This program offers the following:

-Weekly Coaching and Programming for the client

-Movement feedback and assessment via private messaging and phone call

-Access to a PREMIER google drive built for you, including content such as free books, nutrition, exercise library and more resources to build up your performance

Harvesting Strength “LIVE” Training

Harvesting Strength “LIVE” is just the same as “PREMIER” but allows the client to have 120 minutes of monthly zoom calls with owner Joseph Lucero to talk about goals, movement success, training performance and much more! Based on price and offerings, this style of training offers the most at an affordable cost!

-120 monthly minutes of zoom calls for performance discussion

-Weekly Coaching and Programming for the client

-Movement feedback and assessment via private messaging and phone call

-Access to a PREMIER google drive built for you, including content such as free books, nutrition, exercise library and more resources to build up your performance
