Virtual Training
Are you wanting to do personal training but do not live locally?
Sessions can be done ANYWHERE!
We can set up sessions LIVE during your training session. Set up an appointment, go to the gym, prop your phone and do a virtual call with me to watch your movement, provide immediate feedback and guide you through the workout!
Sessions last 30 minutes, but we will also provide you additional intervention to perform throughout the week. Sessions should be used for the bigger, more complex movements and demanding exercises of your regimen
